The process depends on the design, we’ve turned around custom designs in as little as 3 days and some take 2 months. On average I’d say 2-4 weeks.

All of our work is guaranteed, we proudly stand behind the quality of every piece we make. We will take care of any issues gladly as long its not due to abuse.

Bring it in, we take care of 98% of any issues customers may have, if we don’t its because there may have been some customer led damage.

Yes we buy jewelry and also offer consignment and brokerage services to clients with certain higher end pieces.

All of our jewelry is guaranteed with a manufacturing default warranty since we make it all in house. All of our repairs have a 30 day guarantee, watch services are guaranteed 1-5 years.

We are more than happy to exchange any item, even if we have to make something from scratch for you. Due to all of our items being custom we do not offer refunds.

Eli designed a couture engagement ring for us. The inspiration was a vintage 30 carat Cartier. We used a 7 carat emerald cut diamond with a 2 carat band. It is truly one of a kind and clearly custom. People stop me in the street to rave about this show stopper.

If you are considering a unique custom design I highly recommend Greenville Diamond Gallery. Eli was so patient and helpful during the design process. He searched months for the perfect diamond. Then, made a CAD drawing and wax model before we finalized the setting in platinum.

First of all, I don't write reviews. This is actually my first. After 11 years of marriage, my wedding ring had gotten so tight that it was cutting off circulation to my finger and making it go numb. My husband had to cut the ring off my finger. I took it in to the Diamond Gallery on Laurens Rd to get it repaired and resized. This ring belonged to my great grandmother and is over 150 years old. I always thought it was white gold since that's what kay jewellers told me when we first got married. But the Diamond Gallery specializes in vintage jewelry and found out my ring is in fact made of platinum. Kay jewellers had patched the band years ago with white gold, which made it weaker and bumpy. The Diamond Gallery carefully replaced the entire band with a new platinum one and seamlessly connected it to the rest of the vintage ring. It looks gorgeous and fits perfectly. They took such good care of this precious piece of jewelry and I'm so glad I brought my ring to them. -Lindsay Mangham
