All of our work is guaranteed, we proudly stand behind the quality of every piece we make. We will take care of any issues gladly as long its not due to abuse.

Bring it in, we take care of 98% of any issues customers may have, if we don’t its because there may have been some customer led damage.

All of our jewelry is guaranteed with a manufacturing default warranty since we make it all in-house. All of our repairs have a 30-day guarantee, watch services are guaranteed 1-5 years.

We are more than happy to exchange any item, even if we have to make something from scratch for you. Due to all of our items being custom we do not offer refunds.
